KConnect, a collective impact organization located in Grand Rapids, is hiring a part-time (20 hours per week) Executive Assistant. Hours are flexible between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at KConnect’s office located in the CMU building on the East Beltline.

The individual in this position would provide a wide range of administrative support services to the President including assisting with finance and human resource procedures, meeting preparation, maintaining virtual filing systems, completing special projects, managing the President’s calendar, and supporting the overall backbone team. Candidates should value the need for inclusivity and equity, have excellent listening and note taking skills, be comfortable with data and metrics, and have outstanding organizational skills. They must also be time and task oriented, politically astute, and (most importantly) have a sense of humor.
